Keeping your business competitive

Are you finding that your sales process is slow and inefficient? Or maybe your way of interacting with customers just isn’t scalable? Out of the box software is often restrictive and hard to adapt to your business’s working style.

Break free from those constraints by using a system that has been specifically designed for your business and way of working. VISCREO can develop anything from back-office systems for your staff to use, providing new ways of interacting with customers through captivating dashboards.

Break free from ordinary by going custom

There are many benefits to developing a bespoke platform for your business. Many "out of the box" systems typically lack a lot of necessary features - requiring you to invest in multiple pieces of software.

Competitive advantage

Whether you provide customers with a more efficient way of interfacing with your business, cut down on lengthy processes or simply want to rapidly adopt new standards before your competitors do - there are vast benefits to going custom.

Drives employee engagement

By listening to end-users and developing a system to suit their needs, you help drive productivity by providing employees with the necessary tools to effortlessly carry out their workloads.

Provides more data control

Unlock full control over what features get implemented and where data is stored. We allow your systems to run closer to your business infrastructure while retaining vigorous security standards.

Return on investment

Instead of investing in 3-5 different systems to run your business, why not bring these into 1 singular, easy-to-use bespoke ecosystem? An efficient system - designed by employees - also helps reduce time wastage and thus increase employee ROI.

Will my website work on smartphones and tablets as well?

Testing popular small-screen devices is an essential step in our development process of creating responsive websites. We believe that responsive website design should be a default standard, not an additional feature. To support this requirement, we test all our work on:

  • iOS Safari: Version 15.5
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 99.c (iOS)
  • Google Chrome: Version 102.0.5005.67 (iOS)

We currently don’t test Blackberry OS or Blackberry QNX, Opera Mobile, Symbian or other mobile browsers. If you’d like us to test on Android platforms we can also perform this but has to be requested on a per-testing phase basis.

How can we see our website progress?

You are entitled to request progress updates from us. These updates will include screenshots as well as interactive live previews in order to best showcase animations/transitions and other elements that cannot be showcased through a static image.

If you have provided us with all the necessary DNS information, we can also link your website to a test subdomain (testing.yourdomain.com) so that you can always get the most up to date version of your website.

How long will it take to create my site?

The vast majority of sites take 8-12 weeks to complete, with our quickest only taking 1 week to design, build & launch. We want to ensure satisfaction with our final design so product completion is dependent on the number of revisions required to reach your vision.

Another common time sucker is copywriting. We aren’t writers and ask our clients to be prepared with their text beforehand or be ready to write once we get started. Our UX planning stage will really help you outline what info we need from you and our designs will guide you with things like word counts. Ultimately, the faster the writing is provided and designs are approved on your end, the faster your site is completed.

How can we review the designs our website?

There are many different ways we can showcase our work to you. Our primary method is by sending you a PDF & PNG copy at the end of each revision and on the final sign off of the design phase. We use a platform called Figma to develop our designs, this allows us to also share our designs with you in live time and provide an interactive showcase. This should give you the most interactive preview of your website before development.

What if I don’t like my site design? How many revisions do you offer?

We typically provide 8 revision periods during the design phase to account for differences in our design compared to your vision. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible in your feedback to make the most of these free revisions.

If you would like to make any further changes or add anything new after development has started, that won’t be a problem as we’ll provide a separate estimate to cover the additional work. Some additional revisions may be included for no extra cost at our discretion.
