Why I started VISCREO

"I founded VISCREO to build deeper relationships with clients and grow alongside their businesses. Aware of the challenges customers were facing by the one-size-fits-all approach of larger IT firms, I wanted to offer personalised, responsive support. At VISCREO, we focus on delivering tailored solutions that adapt as your business evolves."

We understand the added complexities of different change processes of larger businesses and always work to adapt to those differences to ensure the smooth-running of a project. We are also not adverse to working closely with existing IT or development teams at your company.

Your journey with VISCREO

Our IT onboarding process is designed to be as seamless as possible and ensures the least disruption to your business and employees:

Get in touch

Give us a call on 02382 444 386 or get in touch using our online form. You will receive a same-day visit from a member of our friendly and knowledgeable team.

Initial visit

We will take the time to understand your immediate needs, current pain points and long-term business strategy. We will also produce an in-depth report of your current IT infrastructure and highlight areas of strength and improvement.

Easy on-boarding

From our very first visit we are ready to onboard you on to our IT system, remove access from your previous IT provider and begin resolving existing IT issues.

Site Visit Days

We put a strong emphasis on adding a personal touch to our service. We will be present at your office to help employees familiarise themselves with their new IT team and resolve any remaining IT issues.

6-Month Review

After a 6-month settling period, we will arrange a meeting between yourselves and our technical director to discuss future IT implementations and provide you with a performance report since our on-boarding process began.
